During our stay at Pacific Spirit, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordability and convenience of this hotel/hostel. Our private room provided the perfect balance of comfort and savings, allowing us to explore Vancouver on a budget. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in after midnight. The close proximity to the bus exchange made it easy to travel to downtown Vancouver and explore the city. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and the provision of towels in the room. Despite some minor drawbacks such as the uncomfortable bed and the noise from neighboring rooms, Pacific Spirit provided us with a functional and budget-friendly place to stay while visiting Vancouver. The calm surrounding area and nearby hiking trails added to the overall experience. We highly recommend this place for budget-conscious travelers looking to discover the city. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Pacific Spirit and would recommend it to others.

The dorm room was quiet and restful, providing the best sleep I've had in months compared to my noisy home near the fire department. The price was extremely cheap, considering the location on campus. The shared facilities were always clean and never a problem. Transportation to downtown or Richmond was quick, and there were plenty of restaurants on campus. I loved the comfy bed, proximity to the beach and forest, and the friendly staff.

A quiet and comfortable stay on UBC campus with friendly staff. The room had a comfortable bed and good wifi signal. The location was beautiful and close to the beach and Museum of Anthropology. Although there were some small drawbacks, like the shared bathroom and lack of cups and cutlery in the kitchen, overall I would recommend this hostel for its excellent value for money.

The hostel is conveniently located near the Pacific Spirit Regional Park, offering beautiful natural surroundings for guests to explore. The nearby Wreck Beach provides breathtaking views and a chance to relax by the ocean. Additionally, the hostel is close to a train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city.

The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms can be inconvenient for guests who prefer to have internet access in the comfort of their own space.

As women traveling alone, we loved the private rooms at this beautiful hostel. The campus location is stunning and perfect for exploring Vancouver by bike. The nearby Wreck Beach is just a short 10-minute walk away.

The staff were really friendly, always available to help. Excellent location, close to the beach and museums. The room was clean and spacious.

The showers on the 4th floor were not working properly, either too hot or barely any water coming out. It took the staff two days to address the issue.

Convenient location near beach, UBC campus. Good for solo travelers. Free shuttle, museums, gardens, art, cafes, restaurants. Clean rooms, provided linens, towel, soap, shampoo. Spacious room, clean washrooms. Some noise, few guests. 10min bus to downtown.

Clean facilities, comfortable bed, provided amenities , interesting location , kettle.
